Types of fears

The most common fears that are in our community is public speaking, hights, spiders, and etc. The way to help with these fears are talking to a person you trust that could help you with your fears. For an example I am scared or snakes because I think that they will kill me during my sleep but I talked to my mom about it and she really helped me about my fear with snakes she said " poisonous snakes don't live around fraser heights" which really help me get over snakes killing me.
